Terms and Conditions

ath.bio is the commercial name of a platform for creating and managing sports and professional profiles, link pages and agency catalogs. The platform is operated by Federico Miranda, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 20-38889440-8, at Paraguay 4884, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: support@ath.bio.

Federico Miranda, registered under Argentina’s monotributo tax regime, is the service provider and invoice issuer for Argentine Pro subscriptions in pesos through Rebill, when that payment option becomes available. For subscriptions purchased through Stripe, the service provider, seller and invoice issuer is Futbolmkt & Consulting LLC, at 30 North Gould Street, STE 39876, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Agency contracts are also governed by their commercial proposal, which must identify the service provider. The language of a page does not determine the service provider.

By creating an account or purchasing the service, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Optional permissions, such as promotional use of your profile, are requested separately.

ath.bio supports profile presentation and discovery. It does not guarantee sports contracts, representation, sponsorships or commercial opportunities.

You must be at least 18 to create an independent athlete account. Provide accurate, current information and protect access to your account. If you notice unauthorized access, email support@ath.bio.

Agencies can create and manage profiles for athletes they represent, even if the athletes do not have their own account. The agency must have the authority and permissions needed to upload and publish the athlete’s data, images and materials. For profiles of minors, it must obtain the applicable permissions from the athlete and their legal representatives and avoid information that compromises their safety or privacy.

If a profile identifies you and you wish to report an unauthorized publication or request access to, correction or deletion of your data, email support@ath.bio, even if you have no account. We may verify your identity and authority to act and restrict publication while reviewing the request.

You must not publish false information, unlawful content or materials that violate third-party rights; access other accounts without permission; interfere with platform security or operation; or extract data automatically without authorization.

You retain the rights you hold over content you upload and must have permission to use third-party materials. You authorize us to host and display it within ath.bio as needed to provide the service, subject to the applicable publication and visibility settings.

A public profile does not automatically authorize its use in ath.bio promotional posts. Before featuring an adult’s profile on our channels, we will contact you and request specific permission covering the materials and channels. This is optional and can be withdrawn for future uses by emailing support@ath.bio. Refusing does not affect your account. We will not use profiles of minors in those posts.

Athletes can use Free or purchase Pro. Prices, features, currency, payment periods and offer conditions are provided before purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled beforehand.

Stripe processes subscriptions for the US-dollar option. The planned Argentine option through Rebill covers only athlete Pro subscriptions in pesos, with monthly or annual periods and no free trial; it will be available once enabled. Agency services have specific commercial conditions.

Price changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal, including the new amount, effective date and cancellation instructions.

You can request cancellation of renewal through your subscription management options or by emailing support@ath.bio. You retain Pro access until the paid period ends; your account then continues on Free. An ordinary cancellation does not by itself generate a prorated refund.

Duplicate or improper charges are refunded after the transaction is verified. To report one, provide your account email and payment reference; do not send full card numbers or security codes.

These conditions do not limit statutory withdrawal rights or other non-waivable rights under applicable law. You can request to exercise those rights by emailing support@ath.bio. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes.

Rights to ath.bio’s code, design, name, logo and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Using the service does not transfer those rights or authorize reproduction beyond the applicable permissions. This clause respects users’ content rights and third-party component licenses.

The platform may require maintenance or be affected by incidents. We may restrict content or accounts for violations, unauthorized publications or security risks, aiming to explain the reason when possible. You can email support@ath.bio to request a review.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

We will communicate significant changes by email or a notice on the platform, stating when they take effect. We will request renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not apply retroactively to disregard acquired rights.

Argentine contracts with Federico Miranda are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Mandatory rules and the jurisdiction of courts applicable to the user are respected, including consumer rights applicable to other purchase options.
