By creating an account or using any feature of ath.bio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ath.bio is a digital platform that allows professional and amateur athletes to create and manage their public sports profile. Representation agencies can manage multiple profiles, access analytics, and share catalogs with third parties.
3. Registration and Accounts
To access the service you must register with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted from your account. ath.bio reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ath.bio only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to post false, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing content; use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities; attempt unauthorized access to systems or other user accounts; and use scrapers, bots, or other automated tools without written authorization.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ath.bio. However, by publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content is legitimate and does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Plans and Payments
Some ath.bio plans are paid. Prices, billing cycles, and conditions are specified on the pricing page. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. Paid plans may be cancelled at any time; prorated refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the platform — design, code, brand, text, and materials — are the property of ath.bio Inc. or its licensors. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited. The ath.bio name and logo are registered trademarks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ath.bio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. ath.bio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
