Which athletes appear in the catalog?

Athletes 18 and older with a public ath.bio profile who turned on catalog visibility. Includes both free agents and represented athletes — represented profiles clearly show their agency.

How do I contact an athlete from the catalog?

Each profile has its own contact channels: social media, email, WhatsApp or direct links to agents/agency. If the athlete is represented, the contact CTAs go to the agency to respect representation.

Can I filter by passport or nationality?

Yes. The catalog filters on primary nationality, additional nationalities, and passports declared by the athlete. Useful for finding athletes with an EU passport, dual citizenship, or residency in specific markets.

Why do some athletes say 'Free' and others have an agency?

Representation status is shown explicitly: independent athletes show as 'Free' and represented athletes show their agency name and logo. It's one of the most important signals for scouts and brands.

Is the catalog information up to date?

Yes. Athletes (and their agencies) update profiles from the ath.bio dashboard, and the catalog reflects the changes instantly: new club, new agency, new videos, fresh stats.

Do athletes under 18 appear in the catalog?

Not by default. To protect minors, the public catalog automatically excludes athletes under 18, even if their profile is public. Individual profiles remain accessible via direct link.
